The Global On-Line Certification System was developed for any product type and for any
industry. The system’s main
purpose is to reduce total costs associated with the manual and automated silo systems processing of
quality certifications and production lot traceability data internally and between trading partners.

How does GOCERTS work?
Manufacturers create a file per part number that contains the key quality
aspects and characteristics of their finished product. Included in this file is
the certification and quality information of raw materials or sub components
used in the finished product. As the manufacturing process proceeds, the
manufacturer creates a quality certification, by unique lot number; each time a
tooling set up is run resulting in a master quality file for on hand inventory.
As the manufacturer ships, a shipping certification is created that moves
product out of the production lot inventory to the customer. With this shipping
certification go all quality aspects, characteristics, raw material and sub
component quality information and certifications by lot number. As the product
moves through the supply chain, each participant receives the shipment and then
creates additional shipping certifications, including all quality information
by lot number, as they subdivide the shipment. Supply chain of custody is tracked and linked
and accompany the import/export and redistribution of the lots of product.
When the product reaches the final user, a complete legacy from raw material
to production and throughout the distribution channel of custody, accompanies the part.
