William J. Hindelang

CEO/President

Bill founded Global Validators, Inc. after more than thirty years of experience in the consulting, metals, chemicals/plastics and information systems industries. He spent ten years with Hewlett Packard Company serving automotive industry accounts and as worldwide manager

Bill has a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an M.B.A. from Michigan State University Advanced Management Program. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, a senior member of the American Society for Quality and a lifetime member APQO Asia Pacific Quality Organization.

Mark W. Hindelang

Director of New Business Development / Consultant / Auditor

Mark represents Global Validators, Inc. as Director of New Business Development

Mark holds various Microsoft Engineer and Network certifications (Reg#DC1DTT0030 Exam 058). In addition, Mark is also a Quality Audit Documentation and Systems Support Analyst and has worked with companies worldwide to establish their ISO and QS certifications.

Mark has a B.S. in Telecommunications and Information Systems and a B.S. in Asian Languages with emphasis in Chinese Language & Linguistics from Michigan State University. He is a member of the American Society for Quality and a Certified Provisional Quality Auditor. He has also successfully completed RAB Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor and ISO9000 and QS9000 training.

James E. Hindelang

Consultant / Auditor

Jim comes to Global Validators, Inc. after thirty years in ancillary health services management in acute care hospital settings. He is experienced in leading process change and clinical services development.

Since 1996, Jim has been involved in auditing OEM automotive parts suppliers to the QS-9000 Quality Management System. He has worked on a number of client projects implementing effective and sustainable quality programs.

Jim is a graduate of Ferris State University with a B.S. in Health Systems Administration. He is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and is a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) and a Certified Mechanical Inspector (CMI). He is also a charter member of ASQ's Healthcare Division.

Wendy Robertson

Finance Manager / Consultant / Auditor

Wendy is primarily responsible for the accounting functions within Global Validators, Inc. In addition, she coordinates and provides administrative support for the CEO. She is also responsible for the planning and coordination of media and newsletter releases and the overall planning of corporate events.

Wendy joins Global Validators, Inc. after more than 15 years in accounting and office management positions. Wendy played an integral part in the overall office management of a computer software developer, as well as holding key management and accounting positions within small companies engaged in metal heat treating, building construction and the distribution of industrial processing equipment.

Wendy graduated from Illinois State University, with a B.A. degree in Office Administration minoring in Business Information Systems.

She is a current member of the American Society for Quality and holds the following ASQ certifications:

CMI – Certified Mechanical Inspector
CQT – Certified Quality Technician
CQPA – Certified Quality Process Analyst
CQA-Certified Quality Auditor
